Please refer to our cancellation policy listed below for details:

(1)All orders can be cancelled automatically within 24 hours if you have not paid for it.

(2). All orders canceled within 24 hours after confirmation of payment will receive a full refund.

(3). Any orders beyond 24 hours after confirmation of payment will receive a refund for 60% of the purchase price of the custom made products. But for the finished dress we have in stock, you will get a refund of 80% for the purchase price of the dress.
